However, sometimes our suppliers are not able to provide us with stock and the availability of products and services cannot be guaranteed. Smile Room Service will not be liable for being unable to supply and of the products and services listed on our website and/or eBay stores or for any products which are not available at the time an order is placed.

In the unfortunate event of a product or service being unavailable Smile Room Service will advise the customer as soon as possible.

All product prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated on our web and eBay stores. Standard, Registered, Express and International postage are available at additional cost. Shipping and product prices are subject to change without notice including additional postage fees and charges not previously quoted or mentioned e.g where a supplier has increased their costs to us, postage rates have changed; or exchange rates have varied.

Errors and Omissions

Smile Room Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there has been an error on the website, technical or otherwise, and the incorrect product price, quantity, description or other information has been displayed. The customer will be notified in due course if such a situation arises.

GST and Handling Fees

Unless otherwise stated, all website pricing is exclusive of GST. In order to itemise all customer accounts the GST component (10% of the product value excluding handling and/or shipping charges) are added either during website checkout or when a PayPal payment is made.

In accordance with eBay policies all eBay listings are inclusive of GST, handling and/or other relevant charges unless otherwise indicated. Thus, the buyer is deemed responsible for arranging full payment of the item charge(s) and associated delivery charges before an item is processed and subsequently dispatched. Teeth Whitening Service & Product Usage Terms

Teeth whitening results will vary from customer to customer. Teeth Whitening is highly dependent on many factors and may or may not be affected by the structure of the teeth, the number of applications, the duration of time and the actual product, service or system utilised.

Smile Room Service cannot, and does not, guarantee the results of any product or service it lists, supplies or mentions.

Teeth Whitening may result in a blotchy appearance to the tooth surface and the whitening result may not be uniform giving the teeth a banded, blanched, speckled, striated or uneven appearance. This is not a fault of the whitening process, but is a result of the reaction of your teeth to the whitening agent.

Whitening fades with time and any unexpected results may be irreversible. Teeth whitening products will not whiten any existing dental work. This includes but is not limited to crowns, veneers, bridges, inlays, onlays, fillings. It is the user’s responsibility to check the ingredients of any products beforehand to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. Additional information regarding the ingredients and MSDS’s of a specific product are available on request from Smile Room Service.

Smile Room Service advises that you shouldn’t use any teeth whitening product or Smile Room Service service(s) listed, advertised or otherwise mentioned on this site if: you are under 18 years of age; are currently pregnant or attempting to become pregnant; are lactating or breastfeeding; are currently undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy; have health problems; have periodontal disease or gums that are in a poor or unsatisfactory condition including bleeding, sore and/or tender gums; you have overly sensitive teeth; you wear braces or are currently in the active phases of any form of general, orthodontic, periodontal or specialist dental treatment; you have decayed or carious teeth; have had recent surgery (within the last six months); have exposed tooth root(s); have any known allergies including those to latex, acrylics, salicylates, rubbers and/or plastics; have colitis or are currently experiencing jaw problems.

Lost Parcels & Additional Shipping Information

Smile Room Service’s processing and packing systems ensures the accuracy of package, handling and initial dispatch. During parcel preparation, the customer’s details will be recorded with tracking numbers (if applicable). A confirmation email may be provided after an order is placed via our web and/or eBay platforms.

Smile Room Service accepts no liability for lost packages; incorrect addresses supplied at checkout; failed postal outlet pickups; returns to sender; or any other customer or carrier error except when the fault is ours. If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Smile Room Service directly to resolve the matter.

Returns Policy

Due to the unique nature of our products results vary greatly from person to person and are dependent on a variety of conditions. Therefore, we cannot refund purchases unless the product is defective.

Where a product is defective and the product is returned to us with the original tax invoice, all original packaging material, original manuals and instructions, vouchers, loyalty cards and any accessories that were supplied with the order, we will either replace the defective item or refund the purchase price, in our absolute discretion. Partial returns will not be accepted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any return shipping costs. If after inspection, the product is deemed defective, the return shipping cost may be partially or fully refunded. This is at the discretion of Smile Room Service.

Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of Smile Room Service receiving the returned good(s).

If an item needs to be returned, please contact us first, describe the problem clearly and fully, and provide a clear photo of the defective item. We can then investigate and issue further instructions.

Warranty Claims

All warranty based claims must be taken up directly with the product manufacturer. Always retain your invoice for proof of purchase and contact the product’s manufacturer for further instructions on how to activate your warranty claim. Where possible, Smile Room Service may assist with warranty based claims.
