We ship via Australia Post. All of our parcels are sent within 48 hours of receiving your order. An order confirmation and tracking number will be available to you on dispatch.
Our processing and packing system ensures the accuracy of package, handling and initial dispatch. During parcel preparation, your details will be recorded with tracking numbers (if applicable). A confirmation email may be provided after an order is placed via our web platforms.
Dentist Mandy accepts no liability for lost packages; incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout; failed postal outlet pickups; returns to sender; or any other customer or carrier error except when the fault is ours. If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Dentist Mandy directly to resolve the matter.
No, we do not ship internationally at this stage.

Due to the unique nature of the products we stock, results may vary from person to person and are dependent on a variety of conditions. Therefore, we cannot refund or exchange purchases unless the product is defective.
Where a product is defective and the product is returned to us with the original tax invoice, all original packaging material, original manuals and instructions, vouchers, loyalty cards, and any accessories that were supplied with the order, we will either replace the defective item or refund the purchase price, in our absolute discretion. Partial returns will not be accepted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any return shipping costs. If, after inspection, the product is deemed defective, the return shipping cost may be partially or fully refunded. This is at the discretion of Dentist Mandy.
Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of Dentist Mandy receiving the returned good(s).
If an item needs to be returned, please contact us first, describe the problem clearly and fully, and provide a clear photo of the defective item. We can then investigate and issue further instructions.
